90-Day Money-Back Guarantee (First Orders Only)

We want you to feel confident when trying Brida Relief. That’s why your first order is covered by our 90-day money-back guarantee.

Eligibility

  • The guarantee applies only to your first order.
  • Refunds cover a maximum of one single item.
  • You must have used the product for at least 30 consecutive days, applying it 2–3 times per day as directed.

When You Qualify for a Refund

If, after following the recommended routine for 30 days:

  • you do not feel noticeable relief
  • you do not experience any reduction in discomfort
  • you do not feel a cooling or soothing effect
  • or you experience irritation or a mild allergic reaction

you may request a full refund on one item from your first order.
We limit this guarantee to one item because a single jar is sufficient to consistently test the product and determine whether it works for you.

Important Notes:

  • If you choose to exchange a product, the money-back guarantee no longer applies.
  • Requests must be submitted within 90 days of delivery.
  • Products must have been used as directed for the guarantee to apply.

Subscriptions & Recurring Orders

Some of our products are available as a subscription, which means you'll receive automatic recurring deliveries at your chosen frequency.

By subscribing, you confirm that:

  • You understand this is a recurring subscription
  • You authorise ongoing charges to your payment method at the selected frequency

Billing & Renewal

 

  • Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled
  • You will be charged through your original payment method at each renewal
  • The billing amount and frequency are clearly displayed at checkout

Managing Your Subscription

You can manage your subscription at any time through your customer portal or by contacting us at support@bridarelief.com. You can:

 

  • Cancel your subscription
  • Pause or resume your subscription
  • Skip an upcoming delivery
  • Change your delivery frequency
  • Update your billing or shipping details

Managing Your Subscription

  • To avoid being charged for the next renewal, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date
  • Once a renewal order has been processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation is complete

Subscription Refunds

  • The 90-day money-back guarantee applies to your first order only and does not apply to subscription renewals
  • Renewal orders are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

You are responsible for keeping your billing and shipping information up to date. Changes can be made through your customer portal or by contacting support@bridarelief.com.

 

Returns

To request a return, please email support@bridarelief.com within 30 days of delivery, including your order number and reason for return.

Return conditions:

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging
  • Returns require prior approval before being sent back
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels

Items lost or damaged during return transit are not the responsibility of Brida Relief. Products returned without authorization will not be accepted.
 

Refunds

We want refunds to be simple and transparent.

  • Once an order has shipped, shipping costs, shipping protection, and gift cards are non-refundable
  • Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow extra time for your bank or card provider to complete the posting

If more than 15 business days have passed after approval and you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@bridarelief.com.

 

Cancellations

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind.

  • Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase
  • A small $2.00 restocking fee may apply to cover processing costs
  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled

If your order is still within the 6-hour window, just reach out and we’ll be glad to help.

 

Exchanges

Exchanges are possible if you’d like something different.

  • Return the original item first in line with our refund policy
  • Once accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement
  • Shipping protection and gift cards cannot be exchanged
  • Choosing to exchange means the 90-day money-back guarantee no longer applies

Special Items

Some items have special rules.

  • Shipping Protection: Once your order has been shipped, this service cannot be refunded, cancelled, or returned. If your order has not yet shipped, you may request to remove it and receive a refund for the fee
  • Gift Cards: We cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for gift cards

 

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us right away at support@bridarelief.com.
