  • No additional import duties or tariffs will be charged

Delivery Times

  • Delivery within 7–14 business days to the countries listed above
  • Tracking information is sent by email approximately 1–2 business days after your order has been placed

Please note that delivery times may vary slightly due to customs, local carriers, or unforeseen delays.

 

Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed within 1 business day
  • Because we hand-select each batch for freshness and quality, processing may take 1–2 extra business days during busy periods

Your Shipping Address

To ensure a smooth delivery, please review your shipping details carefully before placing an order.

  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout
  • Orders shipped to the address entered at checkout are considered fulfilled
  • Delivery issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information are outside of our responsibility
  • Once an order has shipped, address changes may not always be possible

A quick double-check at checkout helps prevent delays and ensures your order reaches you without issue. We also recommend monitoring your tracking updates and contacting the carrier directly if a delivery attempt is missed.


Unclaimed, Refused, or Return-to-Sender (RTS) Parcels

At Brida Relief, our goal is always to make sure you receive your order. In some cases, a parcel may be marked by the carrier as unclaimed, refused, or returned to sender (RTS).

  • Parcels labeled as unclaimed, refused, or returned to sender (RTS) indicate that a delivery attempt was made to the shipping address provided at checkout and are not considered undelivered.
  • Failed delivery due to refusal, non-collection, or address-related issues does not qualify as an “item not received” claim.
  • Orders returned to sender under these circumstances are considered fulfilled and are not eligible for a refund.

If a parcel is returned to us, we’re happy to help arrange a reshipment once a complete and correct shipping address is confirmed. Additional shipping fees may apply.

To help avoid missed deliveries, please monitor your tracking updates and contact the carrier directly if action is required.


Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us right away at support@bridarelief.com. We’ll send a replacement or find a quick solution at no cost to you.

 

Delivered but Not Received

We're always happy to help wherever we can.
If your order shows as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please email us at support@bridarelief.com within 7 days so we can look into possible solutions together.

Before reaching out, we kindly ask you to check with your local carrier, neighbours, or household members, as packages are sometimes placed in alternate safe locations.

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Brida Relief is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.
Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information and contacting the carrier directly for further assistance.
