Cancellation policy

You are always in control of your subscription. You can cancel, pause, skip, or modify it at any time,  no phone call required.

1. Accessing Your Account

All subscription management is handled through your Brida account portal. To access it:

  • Go to bridarelief.com/account
  • Log in with the email address used when you placed your first order;
  • Navigate to the 'Subscriptions' or 'Manage Subscription' section of your dashboard.
  • If you cannot log in or cannot locate your subscription, email us at support@bridarelief.com and our team will assist you within 1 business day.

2. What You Can Do

2.1 Pause Your Subscription

Not ready to cancel but need a break? You can pause your subscription for a set period through your account portal at bridarelief.com/account. While paused, no charges or shipments will occur. Your subscription will automatically resume at the end of the pause period unless you cancel.

2.2 Skip an Upcoming Order

You can skip your next scheduled delivery through your account portal. This delays that single shipment without affecting your subscription going forward. Skipping must be done before your order is processed.

2.3 Change Delivery Frequency

You can change how often you receive your Brida shipments — for example, switching from every 30 days to every 60 days. Update this in your account portal at any time.

2.4 Update Shipping Address

You can update your delivery address at any time through your account portal. To ensure your next shipment goes to the new address, please update it at least 24 hours before your next billing date.

2.5 Update Payment Method

You can update your billing information (card number, expiration date, billing address) at any time through the Billing section of your account portal. If your card expires and you do not update it, your subscription may be suspended until a valid payment method is added.

2.6 Cancel Your Subscription

If you'd like to cancel, you can do so at any time through either of the following methods:

  • Online: Log in at bridarelief.com/account and follow the cancellation steps. This is the fastest method.
  • Contact us: Submit a cancellation request through our contact form with your name and order number.

To avoid being charged for your next renewal, cancellation must be completed at least 24 hours before your next billing date. Your billing date is shown in your account portal.

Once cancelled, you will receive a confirmation email. No further charges will be made and no additional shipments will be sent after the current cycle concludes. If you do not receive a confirmation within 1 business day, please follow up with us.

3. How Billing Works

  • Your subscription renews automatically at your selected interval (e.g., every 30 days);
  • You will be charged the subscription price disclosed at the time of enrollment;
  • Charges are applied to the payment method on file;
  • If your payment fails, we will notify you by email and retry the charge. Shipments will be held until payment is successful.

We may use an automatic account updater service that refreshes your card details when your card issuer provides updated information (e.g., after a card replacement). If you do not want this, remove your payment method from your account or cancel your subscription.

4. Your Subscription Refund Rights

Your first subscription order is covered by our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee. Please see our 90-Day Guarantee Policy for full details. Renewal orders are not covered by the guarantee, except in the following cases:

  • You were charged after a valid cancellation request had been submitted;
  • You were charged due to a billing error on our part;
  • You did not receive the required disclosures prior to enrollment.

If any of the above applies, email support@bridarelief.com within 15 days of the charge with your order number and a description of the issue.

5. State-Specific Rights

California Residents

Under California's Automatic Renewal Law (Business & Professions Code §17601 et seq.), you have the right to cancel your subscription at any time. If we fail to provide the required disclosures before enrollment, you are entitled to a full refund of any unauthorized charges. Contact us at support@bridarelief.com or reach the California Department of Consumer Affairs at (800) 952-5210.

Other States

Customers in New York, Colorado, and other states with applicable automatic renewal laws may have additional rights under state law. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
